Lorie Okulove
Retired after almost 24 years of service in Law Enforcement in Northern California. Lorie was a patrol officer, background investigator and a new recruit training officer. After retiring she decided to move to Florida - where else!
Being retired, Lorie found it hard not to help others so anytime her neighbors went away from home for a while, be it to vacation, north to snowbird, whatever, Lorie helped them out by checking on their homes. Her attention to detail and sense of responsibility impressed everyone. And it kept her busy.
Lorie realized she could take her desire and ability to help others and build a business of it. She will walk through your house as if it were her own.
You can find Lorie walking her 2 little dogs, working out, kick boxing, golfing or socializing in the community to name a few things she likes to do.
Pat Sielski
Pat retired from Law Enforcement where she worked patrol, conducted financial investigations and was a taser instructor. She is now a Broker Associate working for Fine Properties, a Florida based brokerage in Lakewood Ranch.
Pat graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Economics and also spent over 20 years working as a location sound tech in television and video productions. She worked on HGTV shows such as "House Crashers" and "Kitchen Crashers". Ask her about working the first 4 "Survivor" series - on location!
Pat's mom was a longtime snowbird from the Chicago suburbs so she knows the ins and outs of what's needed.
She also golfs, plays pickleball but prefers Tai Chi to kick boxing.

Chris Rackley
Christine (Chris) Rackley has been with IHC since 2021 and has been working with Pat in real estate as well. Chris is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and now lives in Lakewood Ranch. Her past career experiences include over 25 years in the hospital setting in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab and most recently working with her husband of 29 years in their family business. She is an avid pickleball player and loves to share conversations over great food and wine.
