Meet Lorie – Co-Founder & Co-Creator of Integrity Home Check

Lorie is a founder and co-creator of Integrity Home Check, bringing decades of experience, integrity, and attention to detail into everything she does. Although she is no longer working in the field, her passion for protecting homes and helping others remains at the heart of the company.

Lorie retired after nearly 24 years of service in Law Enforcement in Northern California, where she served as a patrol officer, background investigator, and new recruit training officer. Her career demanded accountability, thoroughness, and sound judgment—qualities she continues to apply every day.

 Lorie brought her experience, knowledge, and heart to the creation of Integrity Home Check, and the foundation she built will continue on. 

Pat Sielski

Meet Pat - Co-Founder & Co-Creator of Integrity Home Check

Pat retired from Law Enforcement after a distinguished career where she worked patrol, conducted financial investigations, and served as a Taser instructor. Today, she brings that same professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail to her roles as both a founder and the manager of Integrity Home Check and as a Broker Associate with Fine Properties, a Florida-based brokerage located in Lakewood Ranch.

Pat graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Economics and also spent more than 20 years working as a location sound technician in television and video productions. Her career in production took her across the country and beyond, working on well-known HGTV shows such as House Crashers and Kitchen Crashers. And yes—ask her about working on location for the first four seasons of Survivor.

With a mother who was a longtime snowbird from the Chicago suburbs, Pat understands firsthand the unique needs and concerns of seasonal homeowners and absentee property owners.

When she’s not working, Pat enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and hopping on her e-bike for a fun, casual ride—fully embracing the Florida lifestyle.

Meet Chris - the hardest worker we have!

Chris has been with Integrity Home Check since 2021 and also works alongside Pat in real estate. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Chris now calls Lakewood Ranch home.

Chris brings a diverse and people-focused background, including more than 25 years in a hospital setting working in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Most recently, she worked with her husband of 30 plus years in their family business, further strengthening her hands-on, service-oriented approach.

An avid pickleball player, Chris also enjoys great food, good wine, and meaningful conversations. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to clients have helped Integrity Home Check maintain the high level of quality service our clients have come to expect.
